Dear Recover America Friend,
In my last newsletter I concluded my report with: The rest of the summer will be devoted to finding the rest of our team of 2000 preachers in Texas who will join us in turning out millions of voters who will vote as followers of Jesus, voting Biblically for candidates who share their values.
That is exactly what we have been doing and the results are very promising. A little over a month ago two IT specialists scheduled an appointment with me and shared their desire to offer their expertise in assisting us with data collection and tools to use it. Over the past thirty days they have worked with our COO, Bill Gattis and we now have the names of thousands of pastors and churches in the immediate area around seven of the largest school districts, with November school board races, in Texas. Each school district is facing irate parents who are sick and tired of their children being indoctrinated with Marxist theories and sexual perversion. We have identified key leaders who are speaking out in each school district and we are reaching out to them to offer our assistance as needed.
We believe that by focusing on these seven districts with two in the Houston suburbs and one in the Austin suburbs, each with champions standing up and dozens of Biblical pastors and churches identified in their areas, we can change these schools by mobilizing thousands of Christians to vote their values in every race on the ballot.
We are also focused on thousands of conservative churches across Texas which will soon begin receiving letters and emails from me urging them to join our Texas Team of 2000 Pastors who will commit to five things:
- Pray for a spiritual awakening in Texas.
- Register every eligible voter within their sphere of influence.
- Give them voter guides so that they vote Biblically on Election Day. We are recommending www.ivoterguide.com Check it out.
- Preach at least one sermon on why Christians should vote as followers of Christ.
- Lead their congregants to the polls on Election Day.
